These terms cover your use of ntentify.com. The site is for general information. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services on particular terms.
Projects and engagements
All research, production and placement work is provided under a separate written agreement. That agreement sets the scope, timing, fees, revisions, ownership and refunds for the project. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Deliverables and data
Ntentify's deliverables are analysis, strategy and creative produced from publicly available market signals. Deliverables report derived patterns and conclusions and do not reproduce source content. Ntentify retains the right to use derived, de-identified and aggregated data across engagements to build benchmarks, improve its methodology and develop new products.
Payments
We don't take payments on this site. Invoices are issued before any work begins.
Our content
The Ntentify name, logo, site content, sample reports and videos belong to Ntentify or its licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission. Sample brands and figures on this site are for illustration.
Client portal
Portal access is for authorized users only. Keep your login details private.

No warranties
