Ntentify, LLC is a Virginia company. This policy covers ntentify.com and the information you share with us.
What we collect
Information you give us when you fill in a form or email us, such as your name, email, company, phone number, website and message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
We also log page visits and video plays on this site, with an approximate location (country, region and city) taken from your connection; this stays with us and is never shared with third parties or analytics services.
How we use it
To reply to you, to scope and deliver work you ask us for, and to send messages about that work. We don't sell your personal information.
Our research
Our research looks at publicly available conversations, such as reviews, comments, forum posts and search data, to understand what buyers say about a category or brand. We study patterns in that language. We don't build profiles of individual people.
Client portal
If you're a client, we store your portal account and the comments and files you add there so we can provide the service.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting, email and data storage, and only as needed for that purpose. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Retention
We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.
