Reports
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ntentify.com and the purchase of intelligence report services provided by Ntentify, LLC ("Ntentify," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Ntentify provides customer intelligence reports for direct response brands. Our service analyzes publicly available data — including Amazon reviews, YouTube comments, Google search queries, and Trustpilot reviews — and produces a set of linked HTML reports delivered via a private URL.
Each engagement delivers seven linked reports: Ad Angle Report, Message Gap Report, Customer Signals Report, Full Strategy Report, Market Signal Trends, Executive Summary Dashboard, and Client Portal.
Ntentify produces strategic intelligence and messaging direction. We do not write, produce, or place advertisements. The output is informational and strategic in nature — execution remains the responsibility of the client.
Engagements are requested through our website. Upon submission we will send you an invoice with payment options — ACH, wire transfer, or card. By submitting an engagement request you agree to pay the invoiced amount for your selected tier. Current engagement tiers and starting prices are listed on our website at ntentify.com/request-report and are subject to change.
Work will not begin until payment is confirmed. All prices are in US dollars.
Tier 1 engagements are delivered within 7 days of confirmed payment. Tier 2 engagements are delivered within 10 days of confirmed payment. Tier 3 timelines are agreed upon during scoping. Delivery means you will receive an email containing a private URL to your complete intelligence package hosted on our secure servers.
Stated delivery timeframes are our standard commitment. In exceptional circumstances — such as high order volume, technical issues, or incomplete information provided at the time of order — delivery may extend beyond the stated timeframe. We will communicate any delays promptly.
To run your analysis, you must provide at minimum:
Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the quality of your report. We are not responsible for reports produced based on incorrect information provided by the client.
Due to the nature of our service — which involves significant analytical work and data processing — we do not offer refunds once a report has been delivered. If you have concerns about your report, contact us and we will work to address them.
If we are unable to deliver your report within a reasonable timeframe due to circumstances on our end, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of your order date.
Upon delivery and full payment, Ntentify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report content delivered to you for internal business purposes. You may share reports with members of your organization, use them to brief internal creative and media teams, and reference their findings in internal strategy documents.
This license does not permit any of the following without prior written permission from Ntentify:
Agencies that wish to present Ntentify reports to clients under their own brand must enter into a separate white-label agreement. Contact us to discuss white-label terms.
Ntentify, LLC retains sole and exclusive ownership of all intellectual property underlying our service. This includes but is not limited to: our signal collection methodology, intent classification framework, scoring and severity systems, report templates and structure, analytical processes, and all software, systems, and algorithms used to produce deliverables. Delivery of a report transfers no ownership of, or rights to, any of the above.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our service may be used by Ntentify without obligation or compensation to you.
All signal data used in our reports is sourced from publicly available platforms. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of our analysis, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes as a result of using our reports.
Our reports reflect conditions at the time of analysis. Market conditions, customer sentiment, and competitive landscapes change over time. Reports are accurate as of their generation date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ntentify, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our reports or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report in question.
Our reports are strategic intelligence tools. Results from implementing our recommendations depend on factors outside our control including creative execution, media placement, market conditions, and brand reputation.
Our services may be used to analyze any brand for legitimate competitive intelligence and marketing strategy purposes, including brands you do not own or represent. Signal data analyzed by Ntentify is sourced exclusively from publicly available platforms.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm any individual or organization, or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to any party at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
